Bhagyashree Kshirsagar Rakshe (BK) serves as the Head of Human Resources & Administration at Augustus Healthcare India LLP, bringing more than a decade of leadership experience in Human Resources, Corporate Administration, and Business Operations. She has been instrumental in building the organization's people strategy, strengthening operational excellence, and supporting Augustus Healthcare's continued growth and expansion.

Bhagyashree leads the company's Human Resources and Administration functions, overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, employee engagement, policy development, statutory compliance, and organizational governance. She has played a pivotal role in establishing structured HR frameworks, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enhancing employee experience, and developing scalable systems that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Beyond her HR leadership responsibilities, Bhagyashree contributes to key strategic initiatives, including office expansion, facility planning, infrastructure development, vendor and contract management, and corporate administration. Working closely with executive leadership, she helps align organizational priorities with people-focused and operational strategies that support sustainable business growth and long-term success.

Prior to joining Augustus Healthcare, Bhagyashree held progressive Human Resources and Administration positions across the healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Her broad cross-industry experience includes organizational development, employee relations, payroll administration, labor law compliance, business operations, and administrative leadership. This diverse background enables her to implement best practices and build scalable processes that support high-performing organizations.
